Joanna Elia joined Deloitte in 1996, having originated form the CIS region. As such, and backed with a strong set of analytical skills, she quickly advanced to a managerial role in the accounting division dealing with multinational clients, predominantly focusing on Emerging Markets. She now heads the accounting services department of Meritservus. Joanna has a BSc in Economics and Accounting from Lódz University, Lódz, Poland.
